Funeral Services / Janäza
When a loss in the family occurs and funeral services are required, our Masjid is here to help you.

You may contact one of the following Imams for these services once the attending doctor of the deceased or a coroner has issued a death certificate /Form16 and the body is officially ready for release.

The Imam will retrieve the body of the diseased and transport it to the Masjid. Thereafter the Imam will make arrangements for: 

1. Washing and enshrouding the body

2. The Funeral Prayer

3. The Burial


The fees structure for the funeral services are as follows:
Adult Funeral

• Masjid Service Charge $900
• Plot / Grave $1900
• Cemetery Service Charge $1000 + HST 		• Masjid Service Charge $400
• Plot / Grave $400
• Cemetery Service Charge $400 + HST
