Islām Advanced

Upon the successful completion of Islamic Foundations, students have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge by taking two further courses in which they will made aware of other religious philosophies that exist in society today, and study Islam’s approach to those disciplines. They also will be exposed to some the most complicated social issues that the youth face, and learn how to deal with them in realistic and practical manner.

Islām Advanced 1

Course Objective: To teach students:

  • The non-Islāmic philosophies that are prevalent in today’s society
  • To identify the flaws in these philosophies
  • To understand the practical implications of these philosophies and how to deal with them

Learning Outcome: Upon completing this course students will:

  • Be able to understand and have complete confidence in the fundamental principles of Islām.

Islām Advanced 2

Course Objective: To teach students:

  • How to identify and cope with the social and moral complexities of today’s society
  • The moral and spiritual implications of developing societal diseases

Learning Outcome: Upon completing this course students will have real practical solutions for living in  today’s morally challenging society
